| PREMAD was founded on January 29, 1990, as a share holder company, with a share capital of (9.000.000 escudos). After several increases in capital, on April 7, 1997, Premad achieved a capital of (179.000.000 escudos); thus, the transition to a corporation status. On August 23, 2001, a new deed was signed, stipulating a conversion in currency with the share capital to 895.000 Euros. Premad Corporation, initiated its principle business activity, concentrating on the treatment, transformation and commercialisation of woods. |
